Gal. 5:13 “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”
When we were born again, we were born into a life of absolute liberty in Christ. You become free to serve God, free to live, to reign and free to love. However, as Christians the bible cautions that we use our liberty in Christ rightly. Under the old Testament , it was easy to read the commandments so as to know what to do and what not to do, but the new creation man wasn’t given any law to obey.

1 Tim 1:9 “knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,”
According to the bible it’s difficult to attribute sin where there is no law, Rom 4:15 “because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression.”.Some Christians are in a dilemma because they have been brought into a life without laws as it seems and so they use that as an excuse to act circumspectly. The bible says in 1Pet 2:16 “,…..as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. “- The life you live as a child of God should be to the Glory and Praise of God in all things. Though it is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life, only make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do and destroy your freedom. Rather use your freedom to serve one another in love that’s how freedom grows.

Galatians 5:13” “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serves one another.”- The gospel is a doctrine according to godliness, and is so far from giving the least countenance to sin, that it lays us under the strongest obligation to avoid and subdue it. The apostle urges that all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. If Christians, who should help one another, and rejoice one another, quarrel, what can be expected but that the God of love should deny his grace, that the Spirit of love should depart, and the evil spirit, who seeks their destruction, should prevail? Happy would it be, if Christians, instead of biting and devouring one another on account of different opinions, would set themselves against sin in themselves, and in the places where they live.

Use your liberty in Christ rightly by doing only those things that pleases the Father, and the way to please the father is walking by faith, which by extension is walking according to the provisions of God’s Word. Yes God is not imposing rules and regulations on us as it were , but make up your mind to get into His Word and do what the word says. God never forces anything on His children, having brought us into a life of absolute liberty , but be sure to use your to the Praise and Glory of His name.

Thank God for the liberty He has given us , to be everything we desire to be in Christ Jesus. Thank you Father for the for the liberty to serve You, love you, and to reign.

Psalm 112…1-3“Praise the LORD. Blessed is the man that feared the LORD, that delighted greatly in his commandments. 2His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. 3Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endured for ever.
The blessedness of the righteous.

Yes go ahead shout it out, Praise the LORD ...... For He is worthy to be praised, We as the human race are the only creatures that can shout it out, David ends the Psalms singing praises to the Almighty in Psalm 150 … ending “let everything that has breathPraise the Lord, ….praise the Lord, Wow the praises just never seems to seize, and rightfully speaking it should never for yes He is worthy to be praise…… praise the Lord.

When I opened my bible for devotion on the 1/1/12, I was just drawn to Psalm 112.”. Blessed is the man that feared the LORD that delighted greatly in his commandments. Blessed be the man….., Wow we get rewarded to fear God, - fear him and serve him keep, His commandments, and guess what we are happy people and all because of His grace upon us.I recently read that the word “fear” in Hebrew actually is the opposite of LOVE, not hate but fear. So taken from that the “Fear” referring in verse..1, is a fear that loves the Lord. So verse ‘1’ in our day should read… “Blessed is the man that loves the LORD that delights greatly in his commandments”

Verse- 2His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. 3Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endured for ever.

The KJV – talks about His seed, New KJV& other - His descendants – either way we are the seed of Abram , and I was though the other day that a seed never forgets. Yes is it not amazing, a seed never forgets, sooooooo…, the seed of Abram, and yes we are here, the seed of Abram, a seed that never forgets to germinate,it never forgets its origin, or its purpose. God had a covenant with Abram, Gen:15..5 “..” we his seed / descendants, that covenant should be honoured , praise the Lord !!!. We are mighty upon the earth, God honoured His word.

Be careful what seed you sow this Year, for as shown above a seeds never forgets, so what we sow from today will geminate , it may not be today, tomorrow, next week, month or.., but it will produce a fruit. Whether it be a good or bad fruit, it will come up. Remember some seeds multiply while in store, so again be careful.
Saying that, seeds of greatness will bring forth great wealth to those that are faithful, let us pursuit this greatness and so bring about great riches upon ourchildren and their children's, leave a legacy of good , great and faithful seeds for them to benefit from. Abram did.
Amen.

3Blessings are laid up for the faithful and their children's children; and true riches are bestowed on them, with as much of this world's possessions as is profitable for them.

Isaiah 26.3 “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trust inYou.”

I shared this scripture with someone who felt somehow defeated, yes defeated by life, people and all that makes up the picture. As I meditated further on this word, I realised that we so often based our happiness, our contentment in what people do and say. I am also prey to that, I put a lot of effort in what people do and say about me, and I was reminded that if I shift my attention away from me, how I feel and what I think I see, and observe the situation outside of me , distance the me and focus on God , the me would become smaller.
Isaiah 26.3a) “You will keep him in perfect peace,” The Lord promise to keep us at peace, -peace of mind, peace in our souls, peace at home, peace with family, peace in all we do and surround us with, yes perfect peace. John14:27...I am leaving you with a gift, - peace of mind and heart...”

Isaiah 26.3 b)...”whose mind is stayed on You”. – Promise – Peace will only come when we focus our mind, our eyes on Him. Keep your eyes on the Lord at all times, for by focussing on God, we will not see the obstaclesof this world, that wants to derail us, that bring on all negative thoughts about ourselves, our situation and surroundings. Jer 29:11 says “For I know the plans I have for you” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster to give you a future and a hope. Let our mind stay on the Lord; meditate on the promises of God daily.
Isaiah 26.3 c) ...”because he trust in You.”.. - Whose thoughts are fixed on God- Inessence let us keep our focus on God, let us keep the good faith and trust Him to guide us as we walk in His purpose. Ask God daily to bless you as you go along to fulfil your daily assignment according to His will for your life today. Be blessed with Rom 12:2... let our mind be renewed daily ... so we can function in our godly purpose

Peace , Peace, perfect peace. O’ how beautiful it sound and feel, but why do we allow people to rob us of that peace. Why do you/ we give it so easily away? One minute we at peace, and the next we stand solely robbed. Be aware of wounded people, they prone to hurt others to ease their hurt. Don’t be a victim, be a victor. My reminder to you….. John14:27...I am leaving you with a gift, - peace of mind and heart...”

Ephesians 2:4-10(KJV) “4But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Singing:-Grace, grace God’s grace, grace that is greater than our sin, ……..Marvellous grace…………….

There are so many sayings and Word on Grace, but do we understand God’s grace fully? I hope a good question, for yes we need to question our knowledge of understanding of God’s grace.
Grace get defined as (pocket Oxford) – attractiveness/ in elegance of proportion / divine favor of inspiring influence / state of receiving goodwill / favor/delay granted as favor /thanksgiving before and after meals.
If one breaks this up- Attractiveness – Grace is also describe as God’s character, and attractiveness is a character, we define / judge by our appearance. If your appearance is un-attractive people decide on whether we are liked or not, having God’s grace upon our life gives us the free pass of attractiveness through salvation. – This character is displayed by His gift to men - Titus 2:11 “For the grace of God that brings salvation hath appeared to all men.
Grace in elegance of portion – grace is given in portions of need, we need grace at different times at different levels, my believe - is God grand’s according to our needs, not our wants. Every day provides its own level of need in which our good God provides the needed grace.

Grace - divine favor of inspiring influence – Those on whom God bestows his blessing of destiny to life a God designed and purpose life by the Holy Spirit working in them in God’s good time. Through grace, God’s divine renewing and inspiring influence, “they that obey are freely justified by God.” Romans 3:24“Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.”
Gracestate of receiving goodwill / favorteach us that we have no power of our own to turn and position ourselves to believe and call upon God, nor to do good works pleasing and acceptable to God,unless the grace of God is install or given to us through Christ so you/we may have a good will, and that grace may continue to work within us to maintain that good will, we are without.“By the grace of God,”(a sentence so commonly used by anyone)- means - God’s favor.

Grace delay granted as favor – how many times have you experience the divine delay of God’s hand on your life, sometimes to the extent of total frustration. Why?, simply because we do not see the favor of delayed grace in it. God is gracious in making provision for the salvation of all men39 and in commanding its universal proclamation. He is also gracious in delaying judgment, thereby giving men ample time to repent (2 Peter 3:9). One might also imply that God is gracious in not revealing more than He does to those who reject Him, since greater knowledge brings greater judgment (Luke 12:47-48).

Grace – Thanksgiving before and after meals – such a small gesture, but yet so important. Giving grace before or after a meal just shows gratitude for the grace of having the favor of God to have a meal, for we know how many goes to bed without. So to show THANKFULNESS gives grace.

We have an adorable (very naughty / busy) little one age 3yrs, that starts his prayer with “GRACIOUS GOD”he is adamant that before he eats or you for that matter you should pray , and your prayer should stars with gracious God’s…, if not he performs, for his God is gracious, we laugh about it, but he must know something that we don’t. The innocence of a child…… God’s secret instuments….

Grace is also known as God’s unmerited favor /mercy. (John3:16) “For God so loved the world…….
Grace – in the NT – God’s love in action (2Cor5:21) OT- “I will have mercy on whom I love (Exodus 33:19)
Grace is entirely the work of God.
Also read : Rom 5 :1-2 / Gal 5 :4 & James 1:17
REMEMBER GOD’s GRACE IS SUFFICIENT - at all times for all situations. – BE BLESSED

Valley Of The Dry Bones

11 Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.’”

Today I would like to highlight the following scripture: Ezek 37:11-14
I would actually like to encourage you to read the entire Ezek 37:1-14.
Some may have read it,but MAYBE did not realise that the dry bones being spoken of are God's own people.

Some of us, though we believe in and love God, have gone dry.
We believe our hope is cut off. Some of us smile on the outside,but are dead within.
We cover up behind material possessions, and fashion brands,wearing the latest , but it all remains a facade if within we are dry.

People, rest assured, there is a shaking coming where God is going to shake EVERYTHING and He is starting In-House (that means His church).
I want to encourage you who feel low, who feel your hope is gone, who feel you are cut off,according to the above scripture,GOD Himself is about to "OPEN YOUR GRAVES AND BRING YOU OUT OF THEM..."
v14"I will put my Spirit in you and you will live"
I want to share with you all MY testimony in 3 WORDS.... which is also YOUR tesimony in 3 Words..... I'M STILL HERE !
God is not done with you.

There is no hope for the dead,but we that are still alive have the WONDERFUL HOPE AND PROMISE of our Lord.
And remember,He who has promised is Faithful and True... and able to do that which He has promised.
Never forget that !!!

No Weapon Formed Against Me

This morning, I feel a bit militant (well a bit more than usual )

This morning, I want to remind the enemy(although I am sure he hasn't forgotten)that NO WEAPON formed against me will prosper.

NONE.

Isaiah 54:17"no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD.

My enemy robbed me, he put me in a place of shame.

I have been humiliated,rejected,hurt,downtrodden,and then spat at and discussed and laughed at from everybody from my family to my own brothers and sisters in church. I have gone from excess to extreme lack.

I have slept on busstops,and rooftops. I have slept on couches and floors.

My tears have been my food. Till I could cry no more.

I have been counted out. They laughed and said I wouldn't rise again.

But let me say this.... I'M STILL HERE!

And my endurance doesn't come from my own strength,but from the Unstoppable Force that is the Holy Spirirt in me.

And that which was meant to kill me, has only made stronger.

Last night we were busy preparing for a show this weekend, based on Ezek 37:1-10 (Can these Bones Live Again?)

The outcome was nothing short of the presence of God, which left both Dazz and I in awe.

As with the scripture, tendons and flesh and muscle and sinew now have appeared where once there was just bone,and He has breathed life into me,and I am a part of the vast army that has arisen.

Get Ready , cos we about to declare War In The Heavenlies...

I want you to know that whatever you are going through, whatever you have lost,whatever has been taken from you.... that God is NOT done with you.

Your worth remains the same as the day you were born,and God hasn't changed His mind about you.

Get yourself ready, cos He is about to do the miraculous in your life.

The only substance needed is your Faith.

So for today, don't feel sorry or sad, or wonder if you will ever get out your situation.....

START DECLARING " NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME WILL PROSPER, I'M COMING OUT OF THIS, AND I'M COMING OUT STRONGER"

VICTORY IS MINE !!!

Where Does My Help Come From?

I lift up my eyes to the hills- Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip -
He who watches over you will not slumber;
Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD watches over you
The LORD is your shade at your right hand;
The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD will keep you from all harm -
He will watch over your life;
The LORD will watch over your coming and going
Both now and forevermore.
Psalm 121

I love this psalm. In this day and age when nothing seems permanent anymore,isn't it comforting to know that Our Lord is CONSTANT.
He neither slumbers nor sleeps,that means that at ANYTIME,He is available to us,and able to hear and help us.

Who do you rely on?

In whom do you place YOUR trust?
Your Tracking device in your car does not guarantee protection from harm.
Your 1.8 metre walls and Alarm System doesn't guarantee that Nobody will try to rob your home.
If your trust is NOT in the Lord, I would sincerely urge you to reconsider...
Prayer:
Lord God, thank you Father that you love me the way You do.
Thank you Father that you watch over my coming and going,and that your hand is with me.

Thank you ,Lord , that you neither slumber nor sleep, but that you are Omnipotent and Omnipresent.
Thank you Lord, that I can rely on You and KNOW that You are watching over me,and I thank You for you protection of me and my family,over our comings and goings.
I thank you Lord,and I pray that you will give me your peace that passes All human understanding,as I place my trust in You.
I pray this in the Wonderful Name of Your Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Thought for the week

Thanks giving week, Ye, this is the week leading up to Thanks giving, In this week we tend to look at our life in reverse, what happened to us, in and outside the body, wrong or right, pleasant or unpleasant, all blessings, everything and anything one can think of, that happened to give us reason to be thankful.
We sure do have a lot to be thankful for , our salvation, life, health and wealth. Psalm 139 is one Psalm that shouts out to the Lord of his knowledge surrounding our inner beings. The one person that truly knows you, knows me, hallelujah!, Someone who knows me better than self. I surrender me to God and cry out Psalm139 over my life.

Psalm 139: 1 -18,23&24 “O Lord, you have Searched me, and known me.
You know my sitting down and mine rising up, you understand my thought far off.You compass my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, you, O LORD, you know it altogether. You have beset me behind and before, and laid your hand knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Where shall I go from your upon me. Such spirit?or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, you are there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there.

If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Even there shall your hand lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
Yea, the darkness hides not from you; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to you. For you have possessed my reins: you have covered me in my mother's womb.

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
This is God’s gift to you and me. Form the God who cares more than you know. He gave you this week to do introspection for Thanksgiving. Enjoy it, it is yours. There will never be another moment like this one.

Reason For The Season

As I write this,we are having a beach day at work.

The company went to great lengths,regarding the decor,and everything,and it got me to thinking...

Yes, we are once again back in the Festive Season.

Or the "Silly Season" as some call it.

I would like to ask you all a question.

Imagine, we celebrated YOUR birthday,and you weren't invited.

OR.....

Imagine we had a thousand people at YOUR birthday,but you weren't allowed in ,cos "Your name is not on the List"

Sounds ludicrous , doesn't it?

This year, make a conscious decision to remember whose Birthday it is...and please allow Him at His Own birthday party.

As you are preparing to travel,and as you are planning,don't leave out "THE REASON FOR THE SEASON"...JESUS.

Now I'm not saying stay at home, be Super Spiritual and all that.....

Holidays are good, as we need our rest....

But know that the enemy never takes a rest,and just because you are relaxing ,doesn't mean he is....

This season is about the miracle birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

LET'S NOT FORGET .... "THE REASON FOR THE SEASON"

Brothers and sisters,I greet you all in the Name which is above every other name.

I wish you all nothing but God's best this day,and I pray He shows to you, the wonderful future He has planned for you,

I pray that you are practising to see more with your spiritual eyes and not focusing on what you see in the natural,but that you are seeing into the spiritual,and claiming and taking hold of the Great Promises and Gifts that are just waiting for you to claim....

I pray that God removes the veils and that you see clearly Who you are and Whose you are.

I pray that you are able to see the Good plans HE has for you,and that you are forgetting what's behind and pressing forward...keep pressing on ....Don't Quit !

Believe it and you will see it!

I cannot tell you all, how I, at this time, am marvelled by what God is doing.

In ALL areas of my life. He is FAITHFUL and will accomplish all He said He would.

I will share this testimony,but not just yet....

ALL I WILL SAY AT THIS POINT IS THAT ...HE IS GOOOOOD. GOD IS GOOOD!!!

All he needs is our Belief,Our Faith and Trust in HIM...

By the way , we've changed our plans just a bit.

Our intention was to drop the single "Back With a Vengeance" next.

However, as you know,God can change anything,anytime as He sees fit.

We've now opted to go with another track "20/20" as this deals with Vision,and in keeping with our theme recently based on WHAT U SEE,it was necessary that  "20/20" precede "Back With A Vengeance".

The following is an excerpt from the track 20/20,and it ends fittingly "Daddy's Fam...that's me and you ...and you...and you....we need to join hands.

It's time for us to take our Stand.

There is a proverb which says "If you don't take a stand for something,you will fall for everything".

GOOOOOOD MORNING ALL.
This morning I would like to share a poem with you, which was one of my mother's favourites.
I didn't realise it as a child,but by her constant "DON'T QUIT" reminder,she embedded in me a spirit of perseverance....
For you see.... I CANNOT quit !!!
I'm a Die-Hard! No matter what comes against me - I am stubbornly optimistic.
No matter the circumstances,no matter who is for me,or against me...
I CANNOT AND WILL NOT QUIT !!!
Sadly,we live in a time where the spirit of discouragement is so prevalent.
We give up way too easy,and settle for less,when if we just held on,we would have received the prize we were hoping for.
Whatever you are believing for,whatever you are trusting for,whatever you are hoping for keep pushing......Don't Quit !

Don't Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow--
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up,

WHAT DO YOU SEE?

1KINGS 18:44 The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.”
Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ.
I would like to ask a question based on yesterday's blog....
What do you see? Are you seeing your Victory or do you see the battle?
Are you preparing for Rain....or still complaining about the drought and famine?
Are you STILL believing,or have you decided to settle for your current situation....saying :
"Oh well, at least I'm OK".....
"My job may not be the Best,but at least I have one"....
"My partner may not be the Best, and doesn't fully appreciate or understand me,but at least I'm not alone"...or worse,you are in an abusive relationship making excuses for your partner's abusive behaviour...saying - "At least I'm married..."
Remember - IF YOU WILL BELIEVE IT-YOU WILL SEE IT.
I love what my pastor says: He says the problem with Christians is that we Pray Too Much and Believe Too Little....
So, just for today....a challenge....to say NOTHING negative about yourself,your life,your current situation,your job,your partner....
Instead write FIVE THINGS FOR WHICH YOU ARE THANKFUL,for and TAKE FIVE MINUTES aside to THANK GOD for what He has already done,and for what He is busy doing in your life.
THEN WRITE FIVE THINGS WHICH YOU ARE BELIEVING OR TRUSTING GOD FOR AND THANK HIM FOR THOSE THINGS AS THOUGH YOU HAVE THEM ALREADY.
(The Wise will do this for more than just a day, but will do this until they see what they are believing for....)
Total Challenge = 10 MINUTES.
Ask God to open your eyes, to see beyond the natural, so that through your spiritual eyes,and that your faith may be built up,and you may see the rain that is coming.
The world is preparing for a double-dip recession,but as the children of God, we are preparing for a transfer of Wealth,we are preparing for Revival, we are preparing for the greatest Time on God's calender,for an outpouring of His Spirit...
(N.B. Elijah's servant had to go look 7 TIMES before he saw the cloud signifying the rain which was to come)
So I ASK AGAIN...... WHAT DO YOU SEE? 
